All shipping times can fluctuate occasionally for various reasons, including larger volumes of packages processed than normal, or delays to customs processing.
Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.
IMPORTANT: Customers have 24 hours after placing the order to make changes to the shipping address, product, variant or cancel the order.
For personalized items, your collaboration is essential. Please monitor your email for any necessary communication regarding your order. If we do not receive a response from you within 24 hours, we will proceed with processing the order as it stands; the item will come as in the shop's photos.
Although we have access to tracking systems that provide shipping updates, once a package is within the carrier's network, we are unable to fulfill requests such as redirecting, recalling, or expediting packages. However, we will work with you to resolve any shipping issues through alternative solutions.
Please note that our chosen carriers, UPS and FedEx, do not deliver to PO Box addresses. We kindly request you to provide a physical address.

As a general rule, USA orders arrive in 3-7 business days, and international orders take 10-30 days to arrive depending on delivery location.

The Personalized, Custom Products: jewelry, watches, mugs, t-shirts are printed and customized in the USA. Therefore, all these made-to-order products ship from USA using USA Standard (UPS & USPS): 2-7 days (Excluding Sundays) and Expedited (FedEx): 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays).
However, during holidays and high demand products, some of the Plush Toys Only ship directly from our manufacturer because of the supply chain challenges. The shipping time is mentioned on each product page.

Please check your shipping address carefully!
We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. If you, the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, then there is no re-delivery service for your order. Postal and delivery services will not forward your package.
Domestic orders: we are not responsible for any shipping delayed deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences (hurricane, tornado, storms, etc), and ground transportation strikes or delay.
International orders: we are not responsible for any shipping delayed deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS, DHL, USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages by EMS, DHL, USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

However, note that most of the time, the tracking system will display more information only after the package is collected by the carrier.
So, if you can’t track your parcel, the reason might be simply because no data available in the system yet, your order hasn’t been confirmed yet.
The logistics provider’s tracking system is updated every time when a parcel is scanned in a local depot.
If you don’t see any new information, just check again later. It might be that your parcel is still in transit and hasn’t reached yet a new depot.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If the package shows delivered to your address, but you did not get it, you must contact our support within 2 weeks.
- Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
- If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available or refund.
- If you cannot track your package, please notify us. We will use our tracking system to identify your package. If we will not be able to track the package too, it's more likely the package was lost and we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered.
- It normally takes 5 to 7 business days to resolve the claim.
- We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. These orders will not be re-submitted (resend order).
Shipping Carriers

For USA Domestic orders, we use UPS to the local depot, with USPS as the last-mile partner.
- For USA Priority orders, we use FedEx.

For Canada orders, we use UPS, running on an equivalent to First Class International service.
- For Europe, UK, and International orders, we use UPS with domestic carriers once inside the destination country.
All International domestic mail carriers operate a little differently. Please be aware that some may have reduced tracking facilities.
